KC IT Professionals Events/Sponsorship update

Kansas City IT Professionals been growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re at almost 3,900 members. This the biggest IT group in the area and the 2nd largest Kansas City based group on Linkedin! We recently relaunched the website @ www.kcitp.com. If you’re on twitter, follow us @KCITP.

Kansas City has a lot of brilliant minds, and the intent of this group is to bring people together for business opportunities and knowledge exchange! Our goal is to continue to grow the community and strengthen it by holding both networking and formalized events (roundtables, lectures, etc). In order to accomplish this, I’m looking for sponsorships from the companies that contribute to Kansas City’s technology sector. Additionally, KC IT Professionals has a philanthropy initiative that gives back to the community. In the past year, we’ve provided over 120 hours of IT assistance to non profit organizations like Harvesters, Kauffman UEP, MOSCA, and Truman Heartland Foundation!
